These Donation Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all voluntary donations made to YA SOKO ("YA SOKO", "we", "our" or "us") through our website or any authorised fundraising platform.
By making a donation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1. About YA SOKO
YA SOKO is an independent commercial business. We create and sell premium products while pursuing a wider mission of supporting craftsmanship, encouraging self-reliance and creating meaningful opportunities through our work.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, YA SOKO is not a registered charity and donations made to YA SOKO are not charitable donations.
2. Voluntary Donations

We do not store complete payment card information.
Your payment provider's terms and privacy policies will also apply.
8. Taxes
