YA SOKO | PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • We are not yet VAT registered so do not add this onto our prices.

  • Our online prices (excluding foreign currency) are the same as in our event and in person prices, although occasionally you may find a lower price in one of events or in person sales if they're matching the price of a local competitor, or on the website if running a special online-only offer. YA SOKO reserves the right to change prices any time without prior communication.

  • We are not yet VAT registered but once we are. We’re sorry that we wont be able to deduct VAT when charging for goods. However, if you work for the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office; are a resident in the Channel Islands* and qualify for a VAT refund; or are entitled to a Medical VAT refund, then please email support@ya-soko.com with subject line VAT REFUND after your goods have been delivered and we can make the necessary arrangements

  • If you order something from us online, we will include your receipt on your order confirmation email.

  • Our Sales Run throughout the year online.

    All our usual services apply during Clearance or Sales events, including our Standard UK delivery of £3.95 (we currently do not offer Next and Named day delivery) and our Standard International Delivery of £15.00 on all orders.  

    Products marked as reduced to clear or sale are being discontinued or are on a temporary sale price, so we reduce our prices while stocks last.

    These offers are limited, either in quantity or for a period of time, but they'll always give you excellent quality at an exceptional price.

  • In line with UK Government legislation changes, Tax Free Shopping is no longer available in the UK as of 1 January 2021.

  • Standard UK delivery is currently £3.95. We currently do not offer Next and Named day delivery. We do not offer international shipping either … sorry!
