    STANDARD DELIVERY

    Our Standard Delivery is £3.95 and takes between 5 - 7 working days.

    Please Note: We always aim to deliver your UK order within 7 working days, but this is subject to postcode and carrier availability.

    If you live in a highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 7 working days.

    If we cannot deliver to you

    If you have already placed an order and we are unable to deliver to your area / If for any reason we are unable to deliver to your address, we will cancel your order and email you to inform you. A refund will then be issued immediately in line with our refunds policy.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY | REST OF THE WORLD

    Sorry we are not currently offering international shipping and cover the UK only.

    We love you Northern Ireland & EU! … but we are sorry … due to new GPSR Regulations we are not currently delivering to Northern Ireland and the EU. We are sad too. We are working hard to see how we can start delivering to you so keep an eye out for updates.

    You will be sent a separate email confirming your delivery once accepted by YA SOKO.

    We reserve the right to cancel this service if we are unable to fulfil it and will be in touch with options that are suitable to you.

    Why might some delivery times take longer than I’d expect and what do I do?

    Some products and products in our Marketplace are made just for you or ordered via partner suppliers, so they may take time before being sent.

    We partner with approved suppliers to provide a bigger selection of products. They may have different delivery times and options.

    Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

    We’ll send you an email explaining how to track your item and letting you know when it will be delivered.

    We reserve the right to cancel this service if we are unable to fulfil it and will be in touch with options that are suitable to you. If we are unable to fulfil your delivery for any reason, we will refund you in line with our refunds policy - including any delivery charges paid

  • If you have ordered several items at once, your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.

  • UK postcodes in remote areas:

    There are a small number of UK postcodes (usually in remote areas), where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales. This is due to limited courier availability in these areas. Our carrier will call you to arrange delivery after you’ve placed your order.

    If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will cancel your order and email you to inform you. A refund will then be issued immediately in line with our refunds policy.

    IMPORTANT

    Please contact us for a list of restricted areas before placing an order. Again, If you have already placed an order and we are unable to deliver to your postcode / area or If for any reason we are unable to deliver to your address, we will cancel your order and email you to inform you.     Delivering to BFPO addresses?

    Sorry, we can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO.

    Delivering to PO Boxes?

    We also do not deliver to PO Boxes.

    Delivering to Northern Ireland and the EU?

    Do you deliver to the Channel Islands*, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man?

    We Love you too …But No - Unfortunately we do not deliver to these locations currently. Sorry.

    Do you deliver to any EU Countries?

    No - due to new GPSR Regulations we are not currently delivering to any EU Countries.

    Do You Deliver Internationally (beyond EU)?

    No … Sorry we are not currently offering international shipping

    By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that any customs duties and VAT incurred will be borne by you.

  • Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, Evri and UPS, although at times we may use other Couriers too.

    If no-one is available, the courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.

    The courier will attempt to make delivery twice before the parcel is returned to our warehouse. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse we will automatically refund you the full amount including delivery and you may place the order again (subject to stock availability).

    You will have to contact the courier if you would like to be notified when they are on their way.

    For any age-restricted items, You will need to prove that you're 18 or over upon delivery if you have an age-restricted item. This is in accordance with the Challenge 25 policy

  • If the item is listed as fully assembled on the product page, before you make your order, check the item’s measurements (also on the product page) against those of your door. Please also check the measurements for any flat pack larger items too as we cannot take responsibility for this.

    If for any reason, you need to arrange for your door to be removed to enable delivery for very large items, as neither we nor our approved suppliers are able to offer this service.

    Some large items may be easier as they’re flat-packed for self assembly. This information is shown on the product page. 

    If you’re unsure the item you’ve ordered will fit through the door, please email us immediately to discuss your concerns using the information below before making the order.

    If you live up several flights of stairs. This shouldn’t be an issue, but if you suspect the courier may struggle to deliver to your address, please contact the courier directly as soon as you have received your tracking information.

  • UK Restrictions

    We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

    If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will cancel your order and email you to inform you. A refund will then be issued immediately in line with our refunds policy.

    Not all items will require a signature but many of our orders will require this as proof off delivery including High-value items that always require a signature.

  • We keep a tight stock game … but sometimes things may change …if this does happen then here is some useful advice …

    If your item is now out of stock, but you have already paid for it. What do you do?

    If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’d like a refund we will be more than happy to refund you the full amount plus delivery of course. However, if you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, we will not refund you and you will still be billed as normal. The item will then be shipped to you as soon as it’s back. If it’s still not available within 28 days,  we'll cancel your order and refund you the full amount.

    If you’re not happy to wait, please Contact Customer Services to cancel your order.

    If there has been a mistake with your order, or it hasn’t yet been delivered - what should you do?

    If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or you’ve seen them fly past on a magic carpet and they never reached you. Dont worry - We got you. Just email us with any queries, and we will be sure to get back to you.

    If your order is being delivered by one of our approved suppliers and it’s overdue, please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to contact the supplier on your behalf.

    Please note though, that the opening hours of our Customer Services may be different to those of the supplier so we may not be able to give you an immediate response.
